Live locally? You can collect your George, Georgie or Georgina directly from us in Market Harborough!

Collection within 48 hours
As every gonk is lovingly handmade to order, we aim to have your little character ready for collection within 48 hours of placing your order.
We'll send you an email as soon as your gonk is ready, so please wait for your collection confirmation before setting off.
Deliveries
Not local? No problem! We send our little gonks on their adventures using Royal Mail Tracked Standard and Express delivery services.
Every gonk is handmade to order, so please allow a little time for us to bring your new companion to life before dispatch.
Once your gonk is on its way, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.

Spend £50 or more in Great Britain or £60 or more in Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands to enjoy FREE Standard Delivery.
Prefer Express? Once you've reached your region's free-delivery threshold, you can upgrade for just £1.99.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you absolutely love your new gonk! But if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
We offer a 28-day change-of-mind returns policy for eligible standard, non-personalised gonks, including those purchased exactly as pictured on our website.
Gonks made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as those featuring requested names, numbers or bespoke designs, are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Of course, if your gonk arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory consumer rights still apply, whether your gonk is personalised or not.
